O'du Van Restaurant
O'du Van is a mid-range European cuisine restaurant.
Task
Despite the interior and facade renovation, menu update and new staff, customers who were disappointed by the work of the restaurant in the first two years never returned there.
Our task was to significantly increase a table turnover rate at lunch and dinner time, as well as to encourage customers to come back to the restaurant again.
Decision
Our standart full service package for HoReCa companies was applied. Here we were focusing on local customers.

Results
After 2 months work, there were 2-4 turns per table during the lunch and dinner hours in the restaurant. It was the first time in over 2 years when the restaurant made a profit.
